This lady broke off her two front teeth at age of 14. And every dentist that treated her since than kept replacing the front 2 crowns only. As a result, she had a" bugs bunny :appearance because as the space increased between her teeth as she grew, the dentist kept making the teeth bigger to close the spaces We removed her old crowns. After measuring the space that existed, it was evident that to get proper esthetics we needed to place two new crowns and two veneers to balance out her smile. This was accomplished in 7 days so she could go to her wedding with a new smile.

This patient had a root canal tooth break off at the gum line. Do to lack of pain and their busy schedule, the patient did not seek care until the tooth started hurting and they received a front office promotion that required more interaction with people. We could not save the tooth so the tooth was extracted and the adjacent teeth were covered with a bridge and veneers. It took several months to complete the case however, the patient was happy to be smiling again.
